Having a disaster happen in a vacant home can be a blessing and a curse. The cause of loss was an upstairs toilet supply line in this empty vacation home. No one was home to experience potential hazards, but then again no one was home to call a plumber before they needed to call us. The ceiling was completely saturated and starting to fall down upon arrival. Once the damaged drywall was removed, mold was found inside the walls, mold is very effective at its growth process under suitable conditions. Thanks to our IICRC certified technicians this house has since passed mold clearance testing and is being rebuilt.
