The water you don't see.
In this before and after photo you can see our project manager checking the moisture levels on the ceiling. On the moisture meter you can see the high number that detects the wall is 99% wet. Without the device we use it would be hard to tell if walls are wet or not. It's important to check all wall areas to make sure they are not wet because the damage could continue to get worse and possibly grow mold.
