Outside water leaked in.

After a storm hit hard in Southern California, many structures and homes durability were put to the test. Rain water found it's way into building through tiny unsealed areas or cracks in foundations. For example in this home the rain found its way through the small opening on the door frame. As the storm carried on, the water began to collect. It retained in the carpeting and the surrounding walls. When the storm was over the homeowner was shocked to feel a squishy carpet below her feet. She called out team out to extract and dry out the bedroom and our team put back together the wall as if it never happened.
