We like to keep our employees spirits high by doing fun things for them such as dressing up for Halloween. We are open on all holidays so we have to bring some fun to the office! Our SERVPRO is one big family.

Each and every one of our team members understands the stress of an emergency water or fire situation. We like to show our appreciation back to our customers by dropping off a little gift basket as a thank you for using our services.

Our team was called out to this home in the middle of the day from a house fire. They got there within the hour and got suited up in their personal protective equipment and got to work immediately. 

CAI hosted a wine night at Vintana. All kinds of people from the industry attended. Here we have Stephanie, Shelly and Sierra. We played bingo, had food & drinks and there were even raffle prizes!

A middle school flooded and needed some on site contents cleaning. Our team put on their safety vests and hard hats and got right to work. Contents wipes down every affected object.

Another employee appreciation day out in the ocean! We have an annual deep sea fishing trip. We never come home empty handed either. It's a fun time for everyone.

Our vendor, Safe Guard, brought a taco cart into our office for our quarterly meeting. It was delicious! We are thankful to have awesome and reliable vendors like them. Thank you!

We like to thank our clients by treating them to a quarterly happy hour! It's a time to gather around outside of work to have fun and wind down.

Every month we gather our managers together for breakfast. Employee appreciation is very important to us and we are always recognizing hard work among not only our managers but every single employee.

Not to worry when the sun goes down, our phones stay on. We are always working after hours and around the clock to service our customers. Accidents don't happen when it's convenient, we know. This photo is one of the many beautiful sunsets we get to see from our office building.

Steve taught these Farmer agents a lot at our lunch and learn class. We like to host these directly in offices so they can get to know our business personally and to the services that we offer.

In the early hours of the morning, our team was called out to Carlsbad airport to do a bio hazard cleanup. We got the job done in a speedy time so the plane was ready for takeoff later that morning!
