At the advice of our property insurance we contacted SERVPRO of Carlsbad and I am so glad that we did! 

SERVPRO, and Project Manager Michael Bernardo in particular, was excellent in his service to us after a water leak in our house.

I can't believe what great service received from your team when we really needed you. My wife twisted her ankle last night while getting into the bath upstairs. She was in such much pain we drove to right to the hospital.Four hours later we came back from the hospital to find the entire first floor of our house flooded. Forgot to turn off the water to the bath. Called SERVPRO of Carlsbad around midnight. Bobby and his crew were out to the housein 30 minutes. He gave us a written estimate of the work he needed to do. I signed the authorization ot the work. He explained the whole work process of what would be happening. My wife could see all of her grandmother's furniture under water and was worried about her antique collectibles in the curio cabinets. Bobby calmed my wife down and told her that Sonia and the SERVPRO packout crew were on there way now to pack her collectibles and take care of her furniture. I cant say enough good things about Sonia, Daniel and Lucillia. They packed everything up carefully and photographed each item for my wife. The crews pumped out the water in 3 hours. In consideration of our exhaustion and my wife;'s ankle they offered to come back today to start the wall cutting and get the machines going. Patti from the office called us earlier today to schedule our appointment. She was answered all of our scheduling questions. The owner Eden called today to see how everything is going. I appreciated that. The guys made a pathway upstairs so I can work on my computer. Wife and I checked into a nice hotel while the work is being done.

I woke up in the middle of the night to my kitchen on fire! After everything was said and done I called SERVPRO Carlsbad the next day, they came out directly and gave me a quote on what it would cost. Although I hated going through this, they were there to help me through the most wildest moment of my life!
